Quickstart Guide

Thank you for using our Freshdesk Application!

After deploying the application, you first need to setup a few things in
Admin / Helpdesk Productivity / Apps :

Select our Application and proceed as follow:

1. Enter your sub-domain in the Domain Name field
   (e.g. https://mysubdomain.freshdesk.com/a/admin/integrations/applications)
   
   
2. Enter your API Key in the API Key field
   
   
3. Click the "Install" button!

That's it. You can now access the application by clicking the icon   from the sidebar.

Here is quick tour of what you can do with it:

• Stastics are displayed in the title as follow: # of total articles / # of total categories / # of total folders.
  
  
  
  
• You can use the search to dynamically filter on the articles that matter or sort columns by clicking the arrows .
  
  
  
  
• It is also possible to hover your mouse over the charts to get more information.
